Fun Alcohol-Free! Citrus Juice & Finger Food Pairing Event!

Citrus juice to soothe your throat that you will miss in hot weather!

However, even if you say “citrus juice”, there are many variations of its taste, and there are various ways to drink it!

Using citrus juice with such a variety of “tastes”, we planned a pairing party that combines finger foods (bite dishes) that go well with citrus juice, just like pairing wine or tea with food!

Introducing the new world of “Citrus Juice + Cuisine” by offering elaborate finger food and the best citrus juice that goes well with it!

Start with a refreshing appetizer with citrus juice, then seasonal vegetables and juicy meat, and finish with a petit dessert. *Note: All are bite size.

Ryosuke Sarai of Caravanserai, who is active in various places as a French chef, will provide this dish.
Also, as a special guest, we will welcome Mr. Takuo Hara, a citrus farmer from Kamiakitsu who is commonly known as “Dr. Citrus”!

Enjoy the different flavors of citrus juice with finger food and enjoy a new world of cuisine together.
