Sachiyo Kumao

She is the third generation of Shirasagi, a ryokan located in Tsubaki Onsen, Shirahama-cho, Wakayama Prefecture, known to many people in Japan.
While managing the ryokan as the proprietress, she continues to take on new challenges one after another, such as the project for the inn with the best proprietress in Japan and the kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) project.
Shirasagi's heartwarming hospitality, the softness of the Tsubaki hot spring, and the personality of the proprietress, Ms. Kumano, have won her many fans.
