Kinan Art Week is an art project created together with local people. We want everyone involved, including artists and local people, to come together and enliven the Kinan region! We are looking for “Kinan Art Crew” volunteer supporters who will help us create Kinan Art Week through operation and preparation during the event, event management, and more.
We needs your help! We look forward to seeing many of you there!

- People who want to convey the charm of the region
- People who want to broaden their horizons
- People who want to interact with a variety of people

Job description
- Patrolling within each exhibition venue and guiding customers
- Guidebook replenishment
- Information on other venues, etc.
- Explanations of the artworks should be based on the guidebook and should be provided to the best of your knowledge.
- We also welcome volunteers who can help with setting up the artworks and distributing guidebooks during the preparation period! (You can apply through the application form.)
About the Activities
- Please make your own way to each exhibition venue.
- In addition to the above “Job description” there are various other activities we can undertake. If you would like to be more deeply involved in the running of the art festival, please feel free to contact us.
- Participants will receive an Kinan Art Week staff T-shirt.

- Photographs and videos may be taken during activities.
- Photos and videos taken during the activity may be used on websites, social media, etc.
- Please register only after agreeing to the terms regarding taking photos and videos.

- The secretariat may provide information on the activities of the Kinan Art Crew and announcements regarding Kinan Art Week from time to time.
